Bolnuevo

Bolnuevo is a nice and cozy coastal town on the Costa Cálida in the region of Murcia.
This area is known for its unique sandstone formations and is also called “Ciudad Encantada” or “enchanted city. Besides the beautiful nature, you will find a long coastline with quiet beaches and excellent hiking and biking trails. Within a radius of 50 meters from the apartment you will find the local supermarket, atmospheric restaurants, several terraces and a bicycle rental company, among other things. Mazarrón

Located on the sunny Costa Cálida in the region of Murcia, Mazarrón is a gem for lovers of sun, sea and culture. With more than 35 kilometers of pristine coastline, Mazarrón offers beautiful beaches, picturesque coves and crystal clear waters, perfect for swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing.

Cartagena

Spain’s rich cultural history has been called fascinating. That this is not for nothing, you will discover in the city of Cartagena. This is the oldest port city in Europe and is about 40 minutes away by car. Here you will find plenty of archaeological treasures, such as the impressive Roman theater and many museums with ancient history. Stroll through the charming streets of the old town and enjoy breathtaking views.

Granada

Granada is about a 2-hour drive from your vacation rental and it is well worth visiting this beautiful city. You will find out that one day is actually not enough to explore the world-famous Alhambra. From Granada, it is a half-hour drive to the summer ski resort of Sierra Nevada.
Here it is possible to ski until late spring, and sometimes even in summer.

Murcia

Also worth visiting is the city of Murcia. This atmospheric city, which you can reach in about 45 minutes by car, is known for its lively street life and rich cultural history. In the heart of the city you will find the impressive cathedral of Murcia, surrounded by cozy squares and tapas bars. The city combines Moorish influences with an authentic Spanish atmosphere; there is so much to see here that the day will be over before you know it.

The region of Murcia is a golfer’s paradise, with a wide range of beautiful golf courses. From the famous La Manga Club to the serene greens of Hacienda del Álamo, there is something for everyone. Mazarrón Country Club

Is a beautiful vacation destination in the sunny south of Spain, in the region of Murcia. Nature

Sierra de Espuña

Nature lovers take note, the beauty of the Sierra de Espuña Natural Park is well worth a visit. The mountain range near Murcia has many hiking trails, from paths for beginners to the more difficult ones. For short and long walks.

Driving around the mountain range is also highly recommended. The views and vistas are often breathtaking. The highest peak is at 1583 meters, here it can already get very cold in spring and autumn. You will find the Pozos de la Nieve, which are snow huts dating back to the sixteenth century. Some of these huts have been restored to their original state and of the rest only the ruins remain. This nature reserve is also home to Barbary sheep, which look like goats or ibexes and were brought to this area from the Atlas Mountains in Africa. Also nearby is the former monastery of Eulalia with a delicious tapas restaurant surrounded by a beautiful garden.
